Teaching Music, Song, and Dance

My teaching responsibility this trip is to teach English vocabulary, reading, and comprehension through Music, Song, and Dance. It was a bit complicated to come up with lesson plans to fill the objectives of this unit. But I figured some things out, planned the majority of it, and plan to wing the rest. That's the thing with teaching you can plan all you want but sometimes things just don't go the way they're supposed to...hence my conversation today in class about cheeseburgers instead of musical instruments. The kids are so cute though. Very kind and sweet. Very eager to learn and practise...it's refreshing. I feel valued for my efforts...which is nice!
